Architect Joel Sanders and Trans Theorist Susan Stryker’s essay “Stalled: Gender-Neutral Public Bathrooms” has been published in the South Atlantic Quarterly 115:4, Duke University Press. The article describes their design research project, Stalled!, that explores the practical, political and ideological issues surrounding gender neutral bathrooms and the architectural implications of trans space.
